The best places to live can be found in many areas of the world, but we focus on warm and sunny retirement places where palm trees flourish and where there’s no winter ice and snow.

If you have a large nest egg and/or a generous pension to look forward to, you may not need our help. If you are an investor looking for cheap properties to buy, look elsewhere. We want to help those with limited resources get the help they need to decide where to retire.

If you don’t mind winter snow and cold, you probably won’t need our help finding affordable places to retire. You’ll have many options especially in  the non-coastal areas of the USA. If you are content where you are and your home is paid for, you can probably retire comfortably there with modest means.

We want to help baby boomers who are concerned about not having enough money to retire, but who want to find an affordable retirement place offering a comfortable quality of life and a reasonable cost of living.
